Oh boy. This guy shurely went overboard...
But this is how we do things at home.  :D  :)  :(  :o    :?  8)    :x  :P              :!:  :?:
See, I'm not even shure as to what are my emotions about my former contrymen ways of musical engineering.. :)

cd

Dang!  The real thing has around 1/4 the parts :)

aron

Hey man, give him credit for the circuit - not the name of course.

Jason Stout

There's some interesting feedback in that circuit.

I doubt I will ever try to perfboard that.. :)

See, Russia in particular and former USSR in general is famous with it's engineers. Too bad they usually get to bloom only in some other countries though...:( Talking from experience here.

zvox!  woohoo!  8^)

hey, wait a second... sh*t!  that's my fuzz factory!  that f*cker!  i've been hiding all of those extra components under the pots and inside the pc board for years, and someone finally figured it out!  I'LL SUE!  I'LL SUE, I TELL YOU!  COMMIE BASTARD!

ahh, great idea: having a little secret circular SMD-PCB inside a pot housing with a micro trimpot on top for the rotating part...

goop it!

They say that imitation the sincerest form of flattery.  uh, not the circuit, but the name, zvox, I like it!  of course I'm not z.  I don't suppose I'd like something called the j-slop  :-)

Inside the pots??? I was thinking that you used micro parts inside the resistors and caps, that in truth they aren't resistor and caps, only "boxes" to hide the micro parts.      :P  :P  :P

I'd like to announce my new company called 'V.Fex'.

I believe this is the first time I've seen one of Zach's post using capital letters!
What next, DSP?

shit, didn't find anything

proprietary pots with built in gain stages?
Sounds kinda like what my 'buddy' grows.

By the sound of things they don't have to buy 'nukes' as they have the knowhow to 'roll their own'.  I think this should be commended though, after all it is all DIY at the end of the day!  :P

yeah, but they use so many extra parts they're too heavy to launch.

Once in a while, one might actually get launched.  However, it would be so heavy from the extra parts that its trajectory would be...

...distorted!

I'll get me coat...

Sounds like the name 'ZVOX' was hatched in a mindset of "Coldwar' and spygames...I guess it still works for some
