Yeah, but the pattern in the skull reminded me of the WTC buildings.. I know it's a bit morbid. So apologies for that.

Wow... wow... that's a... wow... ice cream.
How is it done? Looks like an etched and painted box would look.

Beautiful Chris! Is that an etch? Looks like one to me. So how did you achieve the paint job? Orange enclosure, silver sparkle in the etch? Really great look you got there.

Lots of orange acrylic paint and I use this method for the graphics

The Little Angel is done in a hologram foil and the Wee Beaver was in an orangish foil but it kind of got an antique-stressed, (i.e. @#$%ed up) look when I applied the clear acrylic.
Thanks to both Rick and Slade for all the work they put into the development of both of these great designs.
I love the tiny BC107's I got from the Hammond repair shop for the Wee Beaver!

Not a stompbox, but an effect nonetheless. ReVibe (tube reverb and tremolo):
Gutshots are mandatory for such nice builds.

Sorry it took so long to get this up, but here's the gut shot. Not as tidy as I typically like, but it's a lot to cram into a pretty small chassis.

If it ain't broke...   ...it will be soon.

Very nice! I don't see how that's in any way untidy, but congrats on a beautiful build!
Is that woven bus wire around some of your turrets?

I'm really liking Pigyboy's holofilm, I read up on it yesterday again from the link (thanks) and I've been watching as the builds get smarter and more prof. until we get to the little angel, which is just great.

That amp is a fabulous build, congrats.

burnt toast. I ordered some bigger knobs in brown so I might switch them out when those come in.

Ha, cool. What is that vege-fruit-creature? Probably a slick reference going over my head here.

Warning:
Do not use Rustoleum clear coat over their hammered paints if you expect it to stay looking hammered.  They react.

And look kind of cool!

hammered paints is already a bad reaction, probably how it was discovered. looks cool. the recessed led makes it look like it is really deep.
