now I can see the benco!

and that bazzface looks great, even with those knobs. and it'll never overheat with all that ventillation. if you hadn't said "pens", I never woulda thort it, it looks too good for by-hand. well, by my hand, certainly.

Thanks. Yeah, so hard to find decent tiny knobs. The whole design was trying to make the knobs look better than they are, I actually think it worked though. Ventilation = mismeasured 9V hole, whoops. And yeah I love paint markers. Me and brushes / waterslide decals / most other methods of directly applying a design to an enclosure don't normally work out too well.

Hi, my first post on here. Have visited this forum regularly over the last few months and I'm blown away by the amazing pedals people build. A couple of months ago I decided that I wanted more delay and reverb on my board. I've also wanted to move to a completely diy board (with the exception of a looper) for a while.  What came of this where my first two multi pedals - the Ambient Space Stations. Build 1 has a Madbean dirtbaby,  1776 Multiplex Echo and Fuzzdog's echo blue delay.  Build two has a Madbean  Moodring,  deep blue delay on vero, a little angel chorus from Kyle Daley on the diy stompboxes Facebook group and Fuzzdog's Spectre Verb.  Great modulated delays and reverbs that sound awesome stacked together. These two just make me want to pick up the guitar as possible. Realised after the fact that I got the labels slightly wrong on the multiplex switch, but it's only for my use.

Oh my god that's amazing. Sound clips? I'm always interested to hear huge combo pedals, sheer combination of settings on something like that should create some crazy new sounds.

BSIAB decorated with alcohol inks.

Sweet BSIAB. Those alcohol inks always have such character.

How are the SMD JFETs working out for ya?

Alcohol inks are great, I love the process. It's so abstract. I use smd jfets and adapter board for all my 5457 and j201 now, they're great!

I put this together today.  I've got some unwanted noise I need to investigate but otherwise I'm happy with the result.  It's a Snowjob Underdrive clone into a Tillman preamp with dirt switch.

Zen Drive in a white tayda enclosure
The white enclosure was a mistake in the order but it turned out pretty good for this project

My Overdrive overkill!
Guess what: I was looking for the perfect overdrive for me. I am not sure I found it yet. But the KLON is damn close.

Unfortunately the layouts and schematics of the Timmy, the Zen, the SHO (Superheated) and the King of Tone did die along with my hard drive. I realized I like the KLON most (gone is my single sided 1590a layout)  and I think the ZVEX stuff sounds great (these layouts are so simple, I don't whine because of those).

So, you're from Toronto I am guessing.  Yep the Klon is great, but one of the best things about it is how well it stacks with a second OD/Dist after it (doesn't have to be the very next thing, I like some modulation between, personally).  I like to use a Pearl OD-05 for the second.  If you like not using too many pedals and like the Klon try the OCD.

Anyway, nice work.

I wouldn't dare to stomp this one. Not without polished loafers on my feet and a brandy snifter in my hand. Very well done.

Now I got it: The CN tower-esque thing on the skyline. No, I am from Northern Germany, Bremen to be precise

If you look closely, you might spot a difference (Bremen is about 4.5 times smaller than Toronto and I guess so is the tower):
