DOD Flanger 575

A DOD Performer Flanger 575 just arrived in the shop for repairs...

I haven't even started troubleshooting it, but I already found the schemo at Jack's:

I opened it up and all looks nice, no leaking/exploded/burned components. The owner says it just 'doesn't work', so, if anybody has any pointers on where to start looking, I haven't even plugged it in yet. I figure IF the SAD512 is ok, it shouldn't be a very difficult fix.

Any experiences with it and comments are welcome.
