Hi, I need to make an A/B/C box and I'm new to DIY stompbox making...please help!

I'd like the pedal to have just 2 3PDT switches... Switch 1 to switch between output A and output B and switch 2 to send the signal to output C (output C only).
I've checked out the a/b box on the fulltone website (http://www.fulltone.com/PDfFiles/AB_switcher.pdf) and can just about get my head around the A/B part of things but I can't work out how I will get the signal to go to output C when the second switch is pressed (cancelling the A/B side of the box). Maybe it's as simple as connecting the tip from the input to the second switch? But wont this just make the signal go to both A or B and C at the same time?

I don't want to send the signal to multiple output sources, I like the look the look of the fulltone A/B so I think I'll use that...especially as I can power two LED's from the one 3PDT switch. All I need to do is add the C output source. Please advise.

Thanks!
Daniel

I think I've worked this out now.

I presume that I should connect the input to a 3PDT switch, then connect one side of this switch to output C, then connect the other side to another 3PDT switch, then connect one side of this switch to output A and the other to output B. This way if C is off A or B will be on. Is this correct?

Thanks!

That sounds right. That way you have one switch controlling C (or A) or the other switch. And the other switch controlling A & B (or B & C).
