How is the volume of this tremolo compared against bypassing it?

A lot of commercial tremolo's are below unity again, so that's why i ask.

You can adjust the gain trimpot for unity, boost or below unity.

Most trems dont actually have a volume loss but a perceived volume loss due to the nature of the effect.

Hi, thanks for another great layout.  I've got this all built except the "S1" connections.  What's "S1?"  And how about "D1?" Is that the pulsing LED?  Thanks.

Torchy

The schematic shows that the rate LED D1 can be independantly switched in/out. In practice I used the third set of contacts on the 3pdt as S1, this gives a flashing status light.

Alex C

I had seen that on the schematic, and I figured that's what it was, but I wanted to make sure, as it wasn't labeled.  Thanks very much, sir.
