Re-inspired to mess with Mosfets by the ZVEX Box of Rock, I put this study of 3 different Mosfet stages together.  I haven't tried the Duende, yet, but think it should work as well as the other two.  Off course you could build a 3 stage device using 3 of the same ones.  If I'm making some false assumptions, please let me know.

I have had the Obsidian on the breadboard and it was very cool.  I currently have the ROG on the breadboard after 3 Vulcan stages and that is very cool, but I haven't tried the Duende stage yet.  The Duende is a little different than the other 2, but should still work I think.  Maybe this weekend I can try it out.  Of course the Obsidian is already a legend, and 3 of the ROG stages should work well.

Gus, you need to do a bit more self promotion.  I looked thru your stuff, but forgot about the Mosfets.  I'm going to add your stage, if you don't mind.

I'm wondering if the different circuits vary sonically.  Several different ways to achieve Mosfet Madnesss.  I think the ZVEX SHO is another variation.

Also, I tried the Duende stage last night and it works great.     Here is the latest schematic.
