Hi, i wanted to build the 9Velectric mistress , but i cant get here in Argentine the SAD1024, so wich "replacement" do you recommend??
May be the Ibanez 301, or the MXR? Any specific layout?

Digital flanging is best left to companies using their own chips with their own programming.  The PT2399 can be co-opted into some sort of chorusing, but flanging is pretty much a nonstarter.

The BL3207/BL3102 chipset is a pin-for-pin replacement for the chip pair used in the Boss BF-2, and those chips are very easy to get.  If you build it without all the FET switching,it's not that complex a circuit, although I wouldn't suggest it for a novice to build.  The BF-2 is capable of some very nice sounds, and is easily modded to achieve some better sounds.  It is a well-understood circuit, and that works in the builder's favour.
