MXR Super Comp Schematic for switching

The music store where I work has received an alarming number (4!) MXR Super Comps all of which have had failed switches. The first two just had identical switches put back in them but for these last two, my boss wants me to replace their switching scheme with a real 3pdt using their buffers and everything if possible, and if not, true bypass them. BTW, these are the ones that use the little actuators that are very flimsy and crappy. So I have a few questions:

1. Does anybody know where I can get a schematic for this pedal? I've been trying to find one but it's not working. I need it so I can find the bypass portion of the circuit.

2. Does anybody have any experience (if this is necessary as a last resort) true bypassing these? I'm concerned about making room for the switch since the board is mounted to the switch.

3. Is this a common problem or did our area just get a couple bad shipments of these things?

Just bumping this back up. I really need a schematic if somebody has access to one. Plus tips on fitting a 3pdt in that little area besides what I'm already fearing.
