hi!

can anyone have any information on this fet? i've tried searching for a data sheet for this and to no avail.
it is used similar to j201 and 2n5457 fet emulation pedals. maybe better is a direct  replacement for such.

It is N-channel fet, Uds max~25 v; Ugs max~1 v; Pdessipation~0,045 W; S~1mA/V. Actually this is not a single Jfet, but two transistors in a single case.
Here's a picture of its pinout, you need position 5^

Pins are (if we start from mark counterclock-wise) S1-G1-D1-S2-G2-D2.
It may be substituted with two identical j201 (you'll have to select them by cut-off voltage and drain current).

thanks for the info Zapp.i owe you big time.  .
and its your first post i think. i found a schem for an emulation pedal
and it was from a Russian site, just recently finished my first dr boogey (unboxed yet)
and would try another high gain pedal.
