hey everybody im a new member. so if im posting in the wrong section, sorry.
I have a KMD overdrive that i really like, but in order for me to get a good setting i have to mess with the knobs because they seem to have a mind of there own. So if i turn the gain all the way up it doesn't always turn the gain up; it jumps, makes static as it jumps.. same story with the other knobs besides the volume. I don't
know if its the pots or something burned out, or if its just had its run (though i doubt it), here's a few pics of where i think there problem might be coming from, but ill leave that up to you guys.
on the board pic - if you notice it  where it says 11Z tword the top middle left, its looks burnt out like it needs replacing. not sure.
on the back of the board - the solder looks to have had a reaction to moisture i suppose. don't know either.
and the other is a pic of the pots. Could the problem be that i just need to replace them?

thanks for your help anyone. ???

If the pots can be cleaned with contact cleaner, try that first.  If they have an opening in the back of the pot, you shoot some contact cleaner in there and move the pot around.  Many times, this will cure a pot that has those symptoms.  I recently got a used pedal from Ebay on which the volume pot hardly worked, I cleaned it and it was fine.  If that doesn't help, check out the solder connections and components.
