Quick question about 12AX7 pins 4 & 5

Hello all,

Just a very quick question. I'm working with a 12AX7 for something. Assuming i have the 9th pin with no connection, for pins 4 & 5, regarding the heater. One goes to ground and the other goes to the heater voltage. Does it matter which goes where? like if 4 goes to the voltage and 5 goes to ground, will i get the same results if pin 5 goes to voltage and 4 to ground?
