I would like to build an EA Tremolo with a push-pull pot that disengages the depth of the tremolo when pulled so that the pedal acts as a volume boost. This is a pretty common mod for this pedal, but it's usually done with a toggle switch. I'm using the following wiring diagram from General Guitar Gadgets (scroll to the last diagram in this PDF):

I would like to do the same thing, except with a push-pull pot. Here is the type of pot I am using:

How do I wire the switch part of the pot to toggle into boost mode when pulled? Your help is much appreciated!

Use pins A and B. Just wire them in place of the two switch pins in the diagram.

That worked perfectly. Thank you! You saved me some trial and error.
