Title: Need help identifing an etched PCB - Mutron

I received this pcb in a lot I bought, but don't know what it is.  I remember it was a Mutron pedal. 
Hoping someone here recognizes it.

How far are you when you immediately recognized the pcb, but never even built one   :icon_redface:
