Title: m54531p transistor array uses
Post by: kingswayguitar on June 12, 2013, 11:50:50 AM
Scored 2 of these 7 transistor arrays from an old adding machine.  But the datasheet is talking about clamping diodes and built in base resistors.  Is there any use for this in the audio chain of a stompbox?

thanks!

No. (The base diode and resistors are much more trouble than they are worth.)

Would be OK for driving LEDs, though total overkil for most pedals' LED needs.
