I did it before but left it and all my other projects in florida by accident :(

It's the carvin x100b eq section.
I need to use it with a single supply.
I'm guessing grounds go to 1/2 vcc?
Any idea how to sweep the mids a bit?

Yes,

The non inverting inputs of A1 goes to 1/2 V.
