You need to host the image somewhere. I use photobucket where you can make a free account. Others use image shack, dropbox, and other places.
When you have it uploaded to a site, get the picture address and put it inbetween (http://and)

If you dont want to create accounts and remember passwords just use http://postimg.org/ (http://postimg.org/) . Upload the image , copy the Direct Link , click "Insert image" icon when posting and paste . It also has options for thumbnails and Gallery (very useful when you have more then 1 image to post) . And yes , it's free ;)

hey, welcome, joe, if it's you!!
or... if the pic is already online somewhere, you can right click the image and select "copy image location".
that said... i like photobucket, too.
