We have not been getting a response and need to order light plates. Anyone know what is happening there?

With help from M. Hammer, I have made contact. Andrew/TTG is alive and well. Failure to communicate was probably a case of e-messages from our domain being filtered out. So we will be ordering pieces this coming week.
