Title: Rat Layout Posted
Post by: ustompsteve on November 07, 2003, 02:26:14 PM
I have posted a Rat layout at http://www.ustomp.com. I made one and tested it and it works great. I used a dual op-amp as per my previous post and it works fine.

A 4558 IC ?!? I always thought that the Rat is loaded with a LM308

Yeah, I did it using a dual op-amp instead since I have a bunch of those around that I can taste test with.

I guess you could say its Rat-ish.

Hey Steve,

Did you make that pedalboard yourself? It looks very nice. I made one out of a cut-down bass guitar case, but I may have to rework it or build a new one. :)

Is that a Dunlop power supply that you have on there?

Thanks,

Yes, I made it myself. I am actually using a smaller rig now. I haven't had a chance to post a picture of it yet.

It is not a Dunlop supply. It is the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2. It does a great job and is very quiet.
