If some of the more experienced builders could have a look at the schematics drawn that'd be great.

Dry signal path is working fine but there is no BBD output, not sure how to check if the clock is working.
Forgot to say; the two circuits are connected via TP1-TP1 and TP2-TP2 due to enclosure constraints.

Oscilloscope maybe?
If not available, you can connect a frequency meter or DMM with freq. meter, and check if any frequency gets out from 3102 (both output pins, of course); check duty cycle too it should be near 50%
All I have access to is a very basic multimeter but using an audio probe I can hear the ticking from the clock and can change its speed using the speed potentiometer. I know that both the clock and BBD are receiving the 8V they need and that the audio reaches the BBD, but it has no output.
Pin 7 of U2 shouldn't be connected to 9V.
On that schematic pins 5 and 7 should be swapped, I copied it incorrectly. Should pin 5 be connected to +9V then or still no?
No, it shouldn't.
