Title: Echoplex EP-3 won't pass signal

Hi there, I just got this 71' EP-3 in great condition. I already changed the Filter caps, bridge and Zener diode but still no sound! I measured the voltages and I only get 7V going to the preamp( point 12). It's the 2nd version of the EP-3 model. Anyone know what's going on?
