Title: AionFX: Numbers on germanium transistor bags

In our recently built AionFX kit there were two numbers (one over the other) written on the bags that held the germanium transistors.

I assume one is hFE. Does anyone know what the other number is? Maybe it is min/max hFE as the numbers were similar?
