Hi guys!
I breadboarded a Rebote2 delay from the schematic at http://www.tonepad.com/project.asp?id=27 and I really like it! Really cool sounding delay pedal. I'd like to have an LED that flashes with the rate of the delay but I'm having a hard time with it....I've searched for that topic but only saw one related post, with no replies.
It's not a deal-maker or breaker for the pedal, still gonna build it over the weekend, but I'd appreciate any tips on where/how to add a rate LED. I've been poking around the circuit with a simple LED buffer/voltage follower setup but I'm not having any success.
Thanks for reading and for any suggestions,
-Ryan
lil prime-time bump, sorry
I think I know how to do that. I'll post a circuit soon (tomorrow).
In the meantime, have fun!
I posted the circuit as a new thread entitled "Add a blinking LED to show actual delay time"
STM
*high five* STM! I posted a thank you in your other thread regarding the delay rate schematic...but thanks again!
I'm definitely having fun with the Rebote....I think it's really cool sounding. I was worried I was gonna have to box it up with only 1 led in it....unacceptable! I think you saved the day though....just hope I can get my hands on a CD4040 around here asap....
Build report to follow soon, hopefully!
