Title: Vibrato switch?
Post by: Kentone on April 13, 2005, 03:14:45 PM
I have a "Marshall Blues breaker" AMP and I need to build a foot switch for the tube vibrato thats built in.

How would I do this?

The foot switch didn't come with the amp so I need to build one. Please help?

Thanks,
Aaron

What such a switch requires is usually given by the jack provided.  If it is simply a mono jack, then all the switch is doing is grounding something, becaue that is essentially the only switching action you can do with a mono plug...in the 1960'sé

I don't know enough about these particular amps, but often (though not always) such leads can carry audio signal, so use a shielded cable just for insurance.
