Title: Help, my octavia isnt working
Post by: ingrowing_whale on March 22, 2006, 03:46:44 PM
Hello,

my octavia doesnt work and I dont have an Idea why. everything is soldered right. I do seem to manage to listen to the radio through it though. Oh yeah, theres a 6 wire transformer on it and only 5 should be soldered. Where should I solder the remaining wire?

Hey, could you tell us which schematic and/or layout you're using?  And have you made an audio probe?
The middle pin on the secondary side should just be bent up and out of the way, and not soldered to anything.

Here are some helpful links for debugging:

Hope you get it working soon!
