Title: A little help needed with a ZOOM G2

My Zoom G2 quit working on its wall wart and I opened it up and there is a lard resistor on the main board connected
to the power connector that is cooked. Looks to be there to basicly act as a fuse.
Jump around it and the unit works fine.
If any one has one, can you open it up and give me the value of this resistor
labled R76, next to the batt connector and ext pwr connector.
Mine has scourched the marking off it.

I'm thinking of just soldering in a pico fuse here.

I'm not sure how to fix this, but "cooked lard resistors" can be mighty tasty. :)

I was in a hurry, LARGE Res
I jumped around it and its working fine. But if anyone knows the correct value, I
would like to put it back to original.

Was it black with a grey band at one end? If so it was most likely a 1N4001 diode to protect against reverse polarity...

Err... nevermind... it was marked R76... DOH!
