Title: Confused about capacitor ratings in Tonepad Small Clone
Post by: Bassco on July 13, 2007, 10:58:34 AM
I am building a Heladito Small Clone from the Tonepad site. For some of the capacitors there are no value
ratings given. The only ones that are shown are pF and uF. I am right by assuming that the unsupplied
ratings are in nF?

Thanks...

I think it's safe to say all the unlabeled caps in that schematic are uF.

Yes all non marked caps are uF.

Hmmm, I find it strange because there are values marked in uF.

But this might explain why the effect was not working properly. :)

I built one and I used all uF where there was nothing specified and it works great.

Thanks all,

I replaced the capacitors and it is working now. I did not have the 2,7nF capacitor and replaced it for a 3,3nF one. Does this make a big difference with the original effect?

Thanks.
