Title: A Better Way To Wire This True Bypass?
Post by: railhead on July 30, 2007, 04:40:28 PM
I have a couple of questions about the AB switch I've been working on. Here's a really (really) ugly layout of the 3PDT switch (I'm wiring it like Fuller recommends):

1. Is this wired as true bypass?

2. Is there a better (read: easier) way to wire this?

It's not bypassing anything so I don't really understand your question. It shouldn't have any effect on tone if that's what you mean.

That's probably the best way to wire a simple AB box. The unused output gets grounded which should stop any noise coming out of the amp or whatever is plugged into that channel.
