Hello All,
I've got a bag of momentary stomp switches and have been looking at Tone God's Wicked Switches as well as this link:
http://members.shaw.ca/roma/switching.html
(I need the version to drive an led)
Has anyone made these? Any trouble with popping? Suggestions?
Thanks all,
mike
The Roma designs have fatal flaws and will not work properly as illustrated.
Andrew
Thanks Tone God,
On your download page, you mention that you hadn't built any of the designs, do you know if they've been verified? Also, which of the three momentary designs, I'm assuming all of these would work, why would I choose one over the other? (sorry if that's a stupid ?!)

I put that line as a blanket protection statement from complaints. IIRC I have either built and tested or someone has sent me a confirmed build report on each version so I believe they all work. There should be no major advantage with any of the momentary designs. Not everyone has access to the same parts so the different versions are there to give people a choice based on what parts they can get.
There is not such things a stupid question, only stupid people who don't ask questions. ;)
Andrew
Thanks for the info and the great job you do with the board.

I can verify the momentary implementation that uses the inverter. I breadboarded it and it works just fine.
Awesome, thanks David.
