I thought I'd post a few pic's and info on my latest project.
Its powered by a ruby amp, noisy cricket grit switch added, bassman cap mod.
4x 3.25" 4W speakers from my local electronic store
Speaker grills are 80mm computer fan grills
Alloy panels are cut from a 1U rack blanking plate
Kitchen drawer "carry" handle
Wooden box that bulk pistol primers come in
Kitchen foil for internal shielding
9V battery or 9V wallwart
Size= H 11" x W 9.5" x D 4.5"

I love it! I've also put a speaker into an ammo box for use with a Ruby. It's about as airtight as it gets, though the handle needs to have some attention due to its tendency to rattle.
That's awesome. How's it sound? Specifically, do you get get anything like decent bass response using four of those little speakers in a closed cab?

Its sounds a lot better than I expected in a lo-fi kinda way and does have some bottom end (for what it is)... I'll see if I can get a recording of it to post sometime.
