So I think I wired my power jack incorrectly in my Random Number Generator. I had the circuit working off of a battery before I tried to put it in the enclosure. Plugged it in and couldn't get the LED to turn on. I disconnected the power jack and replaced it with a 9v battery. Now the bypass indicator (LED) doesn't turn on at all and the circuit doesn't work. Could it be because I overloaded the bypass switch?
The LED definitely still works when I connect it directly to the battery.
I also went back and made sure there were no shorts.
if you have a digital multimeter check for continuity between the lugs. this will let you know for sure.
I dont have a multimeter...but I got the pedal working again off a 9v battery. Now when I switch to power jack the LED turns on but the pedal makes no sound in bypass, no sound when on, and doesn't bypass when another pedal is plugged in front of it.
