Title: Thoughts on Analog Delay w/ Tap Tempo

I had a thought last night, if its possibly to replace the clock chip in a BBD circuit with a PIC or micro Controller fancy pants thing.


I also wonder if this isn't what EHX has done on their latest Deluxe Memory Boy offering.

I'm not sure what EH is doing, but yes it is possible & has also been done.

I think the memory lane uses a pic in place of the clock on their design. On their site you can see a gut shot of it. It's all SMd as far as the tap section. I have an hunch that the superdelay does the same. It uses 2 3005's
