Title: EKO Strepitoso, 70's Italian Wah - need a gut shot
Post by: yeeshkul on March 16, 2012, 10:24:25 AM
Guys do you have this at hand? I've got this for repair, all the wires inside are messed up and something is even missing. If you do could you please indulge me with a gut picture?
I suppose it is a wah pedal + something...

The pedal is yellow, the PCB is quite large and it has 5x MAA741 on it. The inductor looks like a stack of dimes type.

I have one of these!
Excellent sounding wah, what i use instead of my modded GCB-95.

I hope this helps you out.
Note: When i got it, the 2 diodes that are in the pic, turned it into a volume pedal.  I have since put caps in it to wah.

clif taylor, filmmaker of the FUZZ movie, is also a big wah freak. he reports that one of his favorite all time wahs contains this type of inductor.

Isn't that what they call a "film can" inductor?
