I don't even know if this is possible but i'm looking for a point in the circuit to add a CV in to control the rate of sample and hold. I have access to a moog little phatty with CV outs and I thought it could be interesting. Any thoughts?? Heres the schem http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/fsh1asc.gif?phpMyAdmin=78482479fd7e7fc3768044a841b3e85a Other thoughts on CV ins for this circuit would be welcome too. Thanks
The simplest thing would be to place the LDR half of an optoisolator in parallel with the speed pot, and drive the LED half with a suitably current-limited source.
What I'm doing is replacing the entire S/H part with Electric Druid's Tap LFO which has a random setting and using its CV ins.
..still working on it :icon_lol:
I'll check out both those options THanks. The opto is definitely something i feel capable wiring up. I have not looked into the tap LFO..but I will.
