I figured I'd ask first before expalining the problem I'm having.
Thanks,

Thanks but that is exactly why I didn't explain first. I've covered all of that and I don't need R.G. brow beating me again. Also, there is no schematic that I can find.

The movie buff in me (and the smart alec too) wants to say "Forget it, Brian.  It's Digitaltown."

Discofreq's database lists it as drawing 64.5ma, so power issues come to mind.  The mode switch looks like a recipe for trouble, too, since it seems like one of those pedals where the owner would forever be switching between modes since no single one would be likely to keep them happy.

Okay, the thing is it works in bypass but when engaged it's an unaffected signal. The LED comes on but it neither Choruses or Flanges. The pedal is in good condition and appears to be all original, read no repairs have been done.
I've scoured it with the magnifying glass for suspect soder joints and all seems good there. I audio probed one of the DIP opamps and got signal in all the right places. There is a daughter board connected to the mother board, via a ribbon cable, and on it there is another DIP opamp that, when probed, gave a thumping noise that sped up when the speed knob was turned. I kinda figured it was the LFO and if so, it seems to be working(?)
I was able to track down a schematic for the Delay from that series. I'm open to suggestions if there be any.
Thanks,
B.

Can you identify what BBD the circuit is using?

Pictures may help too ;D
