Is there such a thing as a dual or multiple JFET chips (like chips tha have multiple NPN transistors)?
That would simplify the build of effects that need JFET matching? No?

Heaps... just search google for matched jfet

http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/vishay/70254.pdf is one

whether they'd have the specs you need for whatever circuit, you might have to look around

are you talking about matching for a phaser or something else?

If you have something like a phaser where the FET's are grounded, a CD4007 has low-threshold FET's made on the same die.  Anderton has used the CD4007 as a variable FET in a number of his designs.  Just don't connect the Vcc and the upper FET's in the totem pole stages are shut off, leaving grounded n-channel MOSFET's with similar doping, channel sizes etc. so the characteristics are closely matched.
