SMALL STONE, ROSS PHASER ,MXR45 OR MXR90???? I WANT TO BUILD ONE OF THESE FX, BUT...WHAT´S THE BETTER CHOICE? (SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH...)

Any phaser that uses transconductance amplifiers (OTA) such as the CA3094, CA3080/3280, LM13600/13700, can be easily converted to a phasefilter with a very simple switch.  This provides a whole new range of tones (check out the samples at http://www.moosapotamus.com/frankenstone/frankenstone.htm).  So, either the Small Stone or the Ross gets my vote.

On the other hand, sometimes FETs can be easier to get than OTAs, so you may want to try the Phase 90.

Both FET and OTA types can be expanded to more stages if you want (though you will need a different board layout), and both can be converted to "Uni-vibe" function, as well as vibrato.  I like the tone of OTAs and the phase-filter option, but some people feel more comfortable modifying something that uses op-amps, though, and there the Phase 90 wins.

Neither is better, but one of them may be easier to get parts for, so go for that one.

you asked so I will give you my opinion :-) I think the Small stone is a great phaser especially if you can mod it like Charlie did at moosapotamus.com. The Ross Phaser has a more on/off sweep than a circular or oblong sweep.
The ross phaser is cool in it's own way but it's not something that I could use on a regular basis. I had the Orange Ross with 2 knobs. I don't know the year.

 my $.02 for ya'.

Good luck,
