ROG UBE screamer questions!!!!!!

  Just finiahes up an ROG UBE Screamer here and it was a very intense build. I didn't put a power filter section on the perfboard so I think it may be getting a little noisy from that. When the gain is pushed all the way max I get a weird upward swell of white noise after the guitar signal stops. is this just a normal thing when you max the circuit out? does anyone know or have a suggested fix

did you leave out the 100uf electrolytic cap?
I built this circuit and it does have some noise when you stop playing,but nothing a gate wont fix...
