Build Report - MXR Headphone Amp from General Guitar Gadgets

Finished today, fired it up and it worked first try! No problems whatsoever, which is pretty amazing considering my lack of experience and skills. Built to the GGG specs, no substitutes, mods or changes. Perhaps I will add to it at some point though.

Came out really well actually. You'll see from the pictures below that there's no labeling yet - I'm still working out how best to do that on all my pedals right now. But there's also lots of empty room in the lower half of the box. Actually, the unit takes up less than half a 125B. My plan is to add in 2 effects loops for A/B testing pedals through. I may just add 2 switching jacks for 1 loop rather than have a switched setup, but we'll see. In the mean time, I'm running this so that I can test pedals while on my bench because I can't have an amp set up where I work, and I generally keep my amps away from home anyway, so dragging them back and forth doesn't work for me much.

nice build, this week i try to build it, but i confused, because i can't find 22M and 10M resistor, so i try to make the 1M resistor in series to get 22M and 10M, is it a good idea? help me please

2 10m in a series will get you close enough to 22m

You can use one 1Meg in each place.

22Meg and 10Meg are a little extreme. If you have them, use them; if not, you probably won't know the difference with 1Meg.

there is hard to find resistor above 1M in my area,this my 22 x 1M and 10x 1M resistor
