lm7809 circuit with a .1 cap opn the in , and a 1uf on the output , in an amp of mine that uses a 12 volt sla .  this circuit runs a stereo amz mosfet boost then powers a few pedals . it was acting up so i cut a new board in , with a new lm7809 .

it powers the boost circuit no problem , but when i add another pedal to the circuit , it does not power this pedal and there is an audible db drop with the boost circuit . the pedal is labeled 300ma . it is showing exactlty 0 volts on the meter with just the booster running .

?

i will monkey more tomorrow , but i figured it was worth a shot asking here ...
im learning , we'll thats what i keep telling myself

sounds a lot like shortsville, or at least something is not connecting/connected to something else quite the way you think they are/should. meter time.
