Twin T Wah - Lopass?

I have a question:

The inductorless, twin T Wah, like this:

Is a bandpass filter, right?

If that´s so, I´d like to try it as a lopass resonant filter. Is it possible? What should I modify to do that?

It's already more like a resonant lowpass than a bandpass. The regular inductor based wahs are too.

In what way?  Do they have more usable bandwidth below the resonant frequency than above it?
