I've built one, sounds great... when it chorus's. This brings me to my first question, anyone have similar probs with this guy?
Second, the depth pot (in my build anyway, I did my own vero layout) seems damn near useless. Anyway to weez more ju-uice out of this sucker?

If I remember correctly, the Little Angel is a simple PT2399 based circuit.
If you're looking for chorus, look elsewhere.  The PT2399 is meant more for slap-back echo up to a moderate delay speed, with shorter repeats putting it in danger of latchups and malfunctions and longer repeats becoming more distorted/noisy/bass-y.
If you're looking for delay, this chip is a wealth of modifications and DIY ingenuity.  Check out the Rebote, the Echo Base, and other circuits that have been dissected, cross-checked, analyzed, probed, and verified by hundreds of DIYers.  Best of all, most of the builds are documented right here on this forum.
Check out my webpage http://www.diyaudiocircuits.com and send me suggestions about what you want to see!  I do all sorts of things with audio equipment, from guitar pedals to circuitbending to analog synthesizers.

I'm going to build the echobase based on some recommendations from a few other members.
I tried the zombie chorus, I couldn't get it to function. Whether it was it was breadboarded wrong or some bad weed, it just didn't work. I used the nte1641 instead of the mn3007 and it just didn't fire up. Hence why I went with the little angel. It sounds good if the pots are dimed but its not as versatile as I originally hoped.
