Npn boost problems

Ok. Just finished the npn boost. Here's the problem. I've got true bypass signal. When on I've got led but only very low volume.

I don't have a way to take a photo right now but I took some measurements and maybe someone can suggest a fix for me.

All volts are as should be besides the transistor.

E 2.74
B 2.89
C 3.54

Triple checked the schematic but I've already had to fix a few things. So where do I start now?
