hybrid/coupler

Yeah, i know this is npot actually a proper place to ask my question, but there are no more forum categories here either and i thought this would be the only place where i could get a real answer for my question.

So my question is, does any of you know or have any coupler or hybrid schematics? By coupler/hybrid i mean the little thing that goes between the phone, the mixer and the phone line so you can use a mic and headphones to talk instead the headset...

I wanted one as well. I think you can buy ones that are passive, so it must be relatively simple.

you think it's not possible to build one yourself...? or is it just too complicated/hard to find?

or actually.. can you tell me any good/simple passive ones.. or where could i get one?
