Single ended capacitor?

Hey guys.  Been hunting around on mouser, for fun (hah) and I keep seeing the term "single ended" for electrolytic capacitors.  I can not fathom what that term means?  Anyone have an idea?  Heres an example of a data sheet of EPCOS electros.  The term "Single Ended" is stated very prominently in the datasheet, heading and elsewhere: http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/136/B41041_B43041-83256.pdf
