Speedster Analog Chorus

i just got this pedal broken. Opened it up and it looks like someone has tried to fix it and failed.
I have a full signal in bypass.
When engaged all the comes out is a flatter signal. Nothing changes with pots.
It looks like it has been rewired.
Does anyone have one that I can mimic the wiring?
I suspect that this is what is wrong with it but am not sure.

There's a row of the board with all the wires going to it.
I noticed that one of them looks desoldered and is empty
