* Need Help with Effect Loop / Signal Chain Switcher Router Wiring

Ok. Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm looking to build a switcher or router that would allow to use the same effect pedal for two purposes.

One: Effect in Signal Chain
Two: Effect in FX Loop of my Panther & Bypassed from Signal Chain

But, I need help wiring up the switch to work correctly and maintain Dual Status LED

Thanks. I've tried the Beavis Site with the Effect Order Switcher but couldn't find anything to help me understand how to wire this switch.
