Is there a way to add a delay level to the Cave dweller to pull down the volume of the repeated notes?

Not really, to do that you need separate wet and dry paths which the Cave dweller doesn't have. To add it you'd basically have to make it into a "normal" PT2399 delay like a Rebote 2.5, then it wouldn't sound much like a Cave dweller.

If you look in the project doc on my site, under the "Dub" edition of the CD there is a suggestion for a mix control. You should be able to adopt it for the regular CD. Put it right after C15.
