anyone have any info on src series transistors?

i have  src54, 49,54,52,56,53 i found NOS in an old surplus store.. they're all ge, haven't started going thru them yet, but appears to be some npn some pnp

i THINK they're "an" or army/navy. can't seem to find anything about them with google all are black tophats, ebc pinout.

just going thru them quick with my meter.. all are pinned like this:

the src54 are pnp, avg hfe around 100... range from (one dud out of 10) 14hfe to 370... most were between 90 and 140.

src53 are pnp, avg hfe about 64, ranging from 52 to 270hfe with one dud.

src52 " ""  "" " " "" "" """ "" 130 ""                    75 to 300.      no duds


src 49                              130                       24 to 500!!!!! lol...like leaky ge?

src56                               100                       24 to 300, two duds out of 15.

at 15c a piece for the 56's and 20c a piece for the rest, i am not gonna bitch... some useful transistors out of each sack i bought to check out.

but... no dice with data sheets..  so any info would be appreciated!!

Try them in a Percolator. See what happens.

They might be house numbers, like the old five digit Motorola codes.

They got any more, or did you corner that market?

i just bought 100 each of the 49's and 52's.

after you get what you want, dino, i'll post the link so they can all dissappear...lol
