GGG Brassmaster master volume knob

Can anyone recommend how to add a master volume to the GGG Brassmaster?

It was discussed over on madbean's forum here: http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=4230.0 and I attempted it but I've done something wrong because my mod controls the volume of the entire signal change, whether bypassed or engaged.

Not going to dredge many-page posts on other forums trying to figure what you thought you were doing.

From the symptom, and your image, it seems you put the pot *after* the bypass/EFX switch. Or perhaps only part before part after, which is slightly different / just as bad.

I'm thinking you wired like the top sketch:

You want to wire like the bottom sketch.
